Patu DC 65 is a 3-point hitch mounted disc chipper for tractors 20 - 45 hp. With four knives it will efficiently chip limbs, slabs or whole trees. The maximum infeed diameter is 6.5 inches (170 mm). The feed chute is on the right hand side of the chipper, which enables the operator to work away from the road traffic. Unlike most of its competitors, the DC 65 features an adjustable chip length. This enables the production of different chip sizes for different purposes. The discharge chute rotates 360 degrees. Thus the chips can always be blown to the desired direction. The DC 65 HF has a hydraulic power feed. This ensures an efficient feed of limby materials and a uniform chip size. Christmas tree removal, brush clearing and limb removal in orchards are some of the many applications. The feeding speed can be adjusted with a flow control valve.

The Patu DC 65 MF has a powerful manual feed. The knives pull in most of the material with no pushing by the operator. A slab even 9" (225 mm) wide can be fed into the DC 65 MF.
